Paperless Transactions is Now a Fundraising Partner with PayPal
We’re excited to announce that we’ve recently been named a fundraising partner with PayPal in order to better serve the charitable giving industry. This means that whether your donors want to make a contribution to your cause or register for your event, using Paperless software you can now give your donors the ability to check out using their PayPal account, credit/debit card, or ACH information.
An Easier Donor Payment Experience
Using PayPal’s innovative new Express Checkout feature, our software can capture a PayPal transaction and report it on the PayPal client reporting side. This makes for an even easier, faster payment experience for the consumer and reduces friction that may be preventing them from donating. It has been shown that fewer steps at checkout can help you improve donor conversion by up to 44%1.
Increased Donations
Because there are more than 179 million active accounts with PayPal, this allows you to reach an even wider audience and more donors. Additionally, PayPal has been proven to attract donors that spend, on average, 2.7% more2, so not only does the partnership between Paperless and PayPal help attract more donors for your cause, but it encourages them to increase their donation amounts.
With all of this, your donors are still able to set up recurring giving amounts, and you can still capture custom donor data (like giving designations, donor notes, and more). To learn more about our partnership with PayPal, check out this page for more info, or click here to get started.
